No. Free shipping is only available for online orders, and does not apply to orders of scooters, beds, and wheelchairs.! Our system is designed to process orders in the order they are received, so phone and web orders arrive at the same time in shipping. You can also enter your information faster online than we can take it over the phone and this greatly reduces data entry errors.
Does HubSurgical.com sell customer e-mail addresses?
No we do not sell or share customer info with anyone.
Is my HubSurgical.com order subject to state sales tax?
Orders shipped to New York State addresses are subject to NYS 8.375% sales tax. Free ground shipping is included on all online orders excluding scooters, beds, and wheelchairs. If you select any other express method of shipping to within New York State addresses, New York State requires us to collect sales tax to be applied to shipping as well.
Does HubSurgical.com send out samples?
We are sorry, but we do not send out samples. We suggest you purchase the smallest quantity available to make sure the product is what you need. If you contact the manufacturer directly, sometimes they might send you out a sample.
